Olivia was teaching open classes at Diamond Creek Community Centre and with Salvos Yoga regularly until the Coronavirus pandemic stopped all classes.
Since then Olivia has been working with Salvos Yoga to produced 5 online yoga sessions called ‘Restore’. In todays changing environment Restore may be just the tonic for people who are feeling isolated and disconnected. It offers each of us a chance to just stop, breathe, & refocus, as we face the challenges of each day.
